Sandra studied Interior Design and Decoration at Napier College in Edinburgh, then finally completed her studies in Primary Education and worked as a teacher before leaving Scotland. During the past 20 years she has worked in several large international companies as an Executive Assistant.
The biggest adventure of all turned out to be the yoga journey, and it‚ right there, inside, here and now!!
My father first introduced me to yoga when I was about 10 years old. Every evening we would practice together. It is the most wonderful gift I have ever received and I am eternally grateful to him. His advice was to keep practicing. Since those early beginnings Yoga has been part of my life and I practiced at home and tried out many classes by various teachers on the way.
The real journey started when I met my teachers Gosta and Patrick of Svahayoga. Who, with their energetic, humorous and blissful classes inspired and encouraged me further on the yoga path. It has transformed my life.
My life is now yoga or yoga is my life. By setting up Anahatavinyasa Yoga Studio my intention is to continue sharing and spreading this joy to others.‚ Sandra completed her yoga teacher training with Svahayoga 2003, 2004″
